The outfitting services for your hunt are furnished by PATOLANDIA HUNTING CLUB. The hunter shall be deemed to recognize and assume the inherent danger associated with the nature of hunting and the handling of firearms.

Further, the hunter understands and agrees that neither PATOLANDIA HUNTING CLUB, nor its employees, agents or subsidiary companies, shall be liable or responsible in any way for changes, delays, losses or injuries to any person or property arising out or in connection with such outfitting services.

PATOLANDIA HUNTING CLUB reserve the right in its discretion to change any part of the schedule or package without notice and for any reason.

Everything offered as part of this trip is described in writing. The payment of your deposit is deemed as your acceptance of the above described conditions.
